Day 31

Day 31 was Back & Biceps. This is a workout that I did many times when I would join Todd during his first round of P90X, but I've never used the workout sheets to keep track of anything. So it was interesting to see what weights/bands I needed and it'll be interesting to see the progression.

I was really happy to see that my shoulder didn't give me any pain during the workout. Hopefully that's a sign that I'm done with that whole nonsense. Push-ups will be the real test.

During Ab Ripper I found myself starting to doze between exercises; I took that as a sign that I needed to go to bed instead of blogging last night.
