Ah, rest day. Two weeks are now officially done. Rest days are funny because on one hand it's like 'ahhh i don't have to do anything.' And on the other hand it's like 'i feel like i should be doing something.' Perhaps later I'll use these days to do the extra cardio workout. Or the wonderful X Stretch. A wonderful aspect of today is that my body doesn't feel sore anymore. I would guess that tomorrow I'll be ready to push the workout. This next week will be the last week of our current workout order. Then week 4 is a 'recovery week' that focuses on yoga and stretch. We also get to do Core Synergistics that week; I like that one a lot.
Tonight Todd and I went for a wonderful 2 mile walk. Basically because Isaiah needed to get out of the house and settle. Teething sucks. But, it also gave us a wonderful quiet time to just enjoy each others' company. I'm blessed to have such an awesome family.
