Today was Core Synergistics. It's been a very long time since I've joined Todd on this one. It basically works chest through hips... but triceps, shoulders, and thighs felt it too.
My right shoulder isn't feeling quite right after something I did in some recent workout. I remember feeling that it popped during some move, but for the life of me I can no longer remember what the move was or which workout it was in. It's certainly not an 'injury' or anything, but I chose to go light on some moves, such as side plank. I'd hate to have the shoulder turn into an injury.
The cool thing with synergistics is that every move works multiple areas, so there are some pretty unique exercises. One of my favorites is the Dreya Roll, though I realized half way through it today that I was doing it wrong. What it is is you start standing, then roll back and lift your legs up into the air. And this is where I've been doing it wrong, I thought the legs were suppsed to go back over your head like in plough. Then you roll back up and stand. Once I corrected my leg position it was a little harder to get back to standing, as some momentum was lost. But I could still do it without using my hands, so I felt pretty good about that. At the end I even added the optional jump after standing.
