Week one is now over! Today was Kenpo X. It's basically a kickboxing type of workout. I think this workout is a lot of fun, though harder than I remember. I guess I've never done the workout after pushing myself on legs the day before. Today I found myself thinking that my legs were no longer tired or sore. Then I started warming up and got into prayer squats...turns out my legs are still sore! Time really flies on this one, which is good since we didn't get started until almost 10pm.
On a side note, today was my Beachbody home party and I want to thank those who came. I hope you all learned something and hope I can help in the future!
