Due to all our rearranging of workouts the first part of this week today's workout was the same as yesterday's workout: Core Synergistics. Doing the exact same moves a second day was interesting. I think time went faster since I knew what to expect. And since it's a whole body workout, rather than a specific muscle group, I was able to complete it without feeling too worn.
I decided that I wanted to listen to my own music with the workout. So I put Tony on 'talking only' (or something like that, basically it eliminates the music track) and popped in an old Technatronic cd. Good stuff. Allowed me to pump up the jam ;)
