Well, the scale tells me that I have lost 5 lbs and my body fat has remained the same. Course, who knows how accurate a scale really is on body fat; it can change a lot over the course of a day. The pictures tell me that my arms are looking a little better and I still have a ways to go in general. My belly remains my biggest frustration, but then I know that regardless of the muscles I'm toning I need to work on the way I eat. And my skin just needs time to readjust after being stretched out for months. Anyhow, here are some 30 day pictures:
