Day 15

Chest & Back again. I'm doing more push ups than in the past. On two of the styles I'm now starting on my feet. Last week I only attempted that on one type. The awesome thing about tonight's workout is that we won't do this one again until week 9. So that's six weeks until next time. Should be interesting to see the jump (hopefully) in what I can do next time. And a little scarey to see how P90X will choose to work the chest and back muscles during that time!

The habit of working out is funny... it's nice to see the little changes and find improvements as they happen. But really there's a lot of things that don't feel different and I think that not seeing immediate results is why a lot of people give up. That's sad. I've really come to believe that if you're not making an effort to improve yourself you're probably sliding. I don't think it's ever possible to stay in one place, but the sliding is rarely noticable until where you started seems like a ways off. So, here's to making little improvements every day! I may not see the results as soon as I'd like, but it's good to know that I'm moving in the direction that will take me to where I want to go!
