Tonight was Yoga X. I totally fell sleep when we turned into fetus position from corpse. So, now I'm awake... and typing so that I can go to real bed.
Today the time did not go quick for me, but I did see progress and that was nice. I'm so close to pushing through to upward dog without touching down. I feel like I'm saying this everytime I do yoga. Today there were several times where I only touched my hips down briefly. I had some issues with balance on the sun salutations but was able to lift my legs up while doing the backbend. My right shoulder is feeling better though I still was uncomfortable holding side plank on that side.
It was also fun to see the progress for my hubby. He is really getting down deep in all the warrior positions and I'm super impressed with the shoulder/arm definition that he's getting. He may hate yoga, but he's getting really good at the strength stuff. And today he evern held some of the balance moves better than usual.
