Ah, rest day. Time for wine and cigars.
It's crazy that we're almost to Day 30 pictures, weight, etc. Almost a third of the way done! The workouts have very much become a habit now. To have a night off of working out doesn't feel quite right. I have a long way to go on the food. The first 30 days were supposed to be a pretty strict diet and that didn't happen. I did eat healthier, probably not too far from what the food during the last 30 days should look like. The meal plan adjusts every 30 days: first you burn fat, then you eat balanced, and at the end you are eatting for energy levels. My main problem with the eating was that I don't eat much meat and that makes the protien level difficult (though I learned a lot of protein tricks while pregnant). Also, while I don't eat a ton of carbs, they are cheap, and that makes them hard to avoid. A plus to the 'just eating healthier' is that we're now making baby food for Isaiah. So, we have veggies and fruit in the house that we're steaming and pureeing. Much easier to just feed ourselves the healthy food too.
