Last night blogging just wasn't going to happen. But working out did! We were supposed to do Core Synergistics, but grabbed the wrong dvd and did X Stretch. So, Core Synergistics will be done on Sunday. Basicially we've now rearranged most of the recovery week. But, since there aren't any days focued on specific muscle groups I think we'll be okay.
X Stretch is nice. It does not make the time go by fast. At least not late at night. But man, it has some amazing stretches. Generally when workouts do neck stretches I find them pointless, but Tony has like 3-4 different neck stretches with how-to instructions that really work the muscles. Stretch is also nice for feeling flexible. I can't do a lot of the push ups on other dvds, but I can sure reach past my toes.
We were really tired when we started and it was nice that stretch alternated between positions on the floor and standing positions. I'd never really noticed that before, but it helped keep me awake.
