Day 20

Today, being the last workout of the week, was Kenpo X. Such a great workout to end on. I was feeling pretty good and able to push it some. Then my legs/butt region reminded me that I worked them hard yesterday. Still, love Kenpo.

Tomorrow is a day off and then we begin the 'recovery week.' I think it has us doing Yoga twice, and some other workouts that can be less intense; though it would certainly be possible to push it if one wanted to. I look forward to seeing how this next week goes. It seems like it's shaping up to be a busy week so having workouts that aren't focused on specific muscle groups might be nice...
