Days 49 & 50

Day 49 was a rest day.

Day 50 begins a recovery week. So today was Yoga X. I did the 90 min workout, thinking that for the second yoga of the week I'll do the One on One (I really liked that one). After the One on One Yoga (read day 46) the sun salutation part actually went quickly. And the last 45 mins of balance and stretch are always enjoyable.

New yoga goal: by the time I finish my 90 days I want to be able to do chaturanga every time. I can do it some to most of the time, but certainly not all.

And crane would be nice.

  1. I have a fitness trainer in my house. Rick got me the P90X workout for my birthday. And, I broke it out earlier this week. Luke had me watch the first workout while I did the before stuff. Then, today, he said, "Aren't you going to workout?" Him and his brothers got all their pillows and blankets out and set up a spot on the living room floor to watch me workout. And make comments about my less than perfect pose.

    I am VERY impressed that you can chaturanga!
