Day 56

Well, instead of resting today I was planning on Yoga MC2 (the One on One). Then my hip started hurting. A LOT. During the day it hurt occasionally, but I was still really excited about the prospect of an awesome yoga workout. By the time I was ready to do the workout I wasn't sure what to do. I though about still doing yoga but was a little worried about some of the warrior poses. So, I went with X Stretch. I did this the last time my hip hurt and if felt amazing; plus I woke up feeling pain free. I'm hoping tomorrow morning has the same result. The workout felt great. And my hubby actually was able to join me, dispite his hernia. Yay for stretching!!!
