Days 63 & 64

Rest Day. Followed by Chest, Shoulders, Triceps. I laugh at myself because I can never remember the official names of the workouts... I'm just like 'another arm one with lots of pushups' or 'push up and pull up day.' This is one where most of the time is spent doing push ups... or trying to. I'm getting much better at them. The clap and one handed ones are still hardest. But then who really does those? I guess I will someday! I've said it before, but arms are where I'm seeing the most changes and days like today are why.
