Kenpo night. Still love the kicking/punching parts. Still dislike the warm up... partly because my legs are generally still sore from the leg workout the day before and the whole warm up is leg stretching. So, really it's probably good to get everything all stretched out before attempting to kick a lot. Probably keeps injuries away. But, still not my favorite part.
Today work food caught up with me. I was really good with not overindulging yesterday but today I didn't do as well. I haven't even been a fan of chocolate lately (not sure where that's come from) but I still managed to eat more than one oreo. But, it was one day and I know that my body got the nutrition it needed from breakfast and the Shakeology I just finished.
Tomorrow I plan on doing Yoga instead of a rest day.
