Legs & Back night. Nothing new to say on this one. It's done pretty much every week, except recovery weeks. So, I've done it a lot. Only 2 more times to go.
I still dislike doing the Ab Ripper afterward, as it turns out several of those moves hurt the legs when they're already sore. One legged wall squats still seem mean, but I can do them for the full minute without too much difficulty. So, I'm seeing progress.
And I'm tired. Good night.
