Tonight I did Cardio X instead of Plyo. There were a multitude of reasons. Some good and others pretty shabby. Some days I think being a nursing mom and doing P90X places a lot of expectations on my body. That is probably one of the better reasons for the substitution. One of the poorer reasons is that it's shorter and I was just tired.
During Cardio X Tony says that if you're using the 'slimming schedule' this is your second workout of the day. That line always makes me feel pretty lazy. But alas, I did a workout and that's more than sitting on the couch.
Time for a Shakeology, a cigar, and a hot tub.
I need to look and see when I start doing doubles. Because, when he uses that line I think, "No way!" And, I am using the 'slimming schedule.'
