Shoulders & Arms. I've only done this one twice before, the last time being in week three. So, it's been awhile. I really like how it alternates shoulders, biceps, and triceps. By the end my whole arms were killing me. It was exciting to move up from 5lbs to 10lbs on some things.
Tomorrow is 60 day pictures. Ack! Time moves quickly. I generally like and am happy with what I'm seeing in the mirror, so hopefully the pictures will reflect that.
